If you are lucky, the eclipse feature Help > Search for Flex Builder Updates will work for you. I am not lucky so it doesn’t works. There is a bug filled for Windows Vista based computers (I am on windows XP 64bit).

Anyway, there is Flex builder updater on Adobe site, maybe it will help someone out there :
Go and grab the Flex builder 3.0.2 updater.
